Press Release: Mavendog and the Carolina Panthers Small Business Partnership

CHARLOTTE, North Carolina — November 13, 2025. This fall, Mavendog attended the annual, Carolina Panthers Small Business Partner Event at Bank of America Stadium, hosted by Eleven Sports Media. As our final season in the program comes to a close, the event offered a warm, seasonal moment to reflect on what the partnership has represented and why programs like this matter, especially in a market like Charlotte.

The Carolina Panthers were the first franchise to participate in this Small Business Partner program, launching in 2023. Since then, it has expanded to other NFL teams, such as the New Orleans Saints and the New York Jets. It is also prominent in the NBA and Professional soccer clubs.

The Carolina Panthers are a small-market NFL franchise competing on one of the largest stages in professional sports. That reality creates a certain kinship with the small and mid-sized businesses that make up the Panthers’ small business community. Success is not built on excess or scale alone; it is built on discipline, execution, and the ability to show up consistently in competitive environments. Over the past three years, the Panthers Small Business Partner program has created more than visibility for Mavendog. It has created access. Access to relationships, to shared experiences, and to a peer community of business owners.

At Mavendog, we operate in a similarly demanding space. We are a Charlotte-based project leadership firm serving clients across the Carolinas and beyond, often stepping into complex, high-stakes initiatives where outcomes matter and excuses do not. Our work is about execution, accountability, and helping organizations move forward when the path is not simple. The Small Business Partner program has consistently aligned with that mindset.

Charlotte’s continued growth is frequently attributed to banking and large institutions, but the real engine of the region is its entrepreneurial middle. Small and mid-sized businesses that are willing to invest locally, build relationships patiently, and compete with professionalism form the backbone of the Carolinas economy. Programs like the Panthers Small Business Partner initiative recognize that reality and give it a platform.

Jon Vordermark, President & Founder, speaking to the SBP community.

Mavendog is grateful for the relationships built through the Panthers Small Business Partner program and for the thoughtful stewardship of Eleven Sports Media in creating a space where serious businesses can connect with intention. As we look ahead, we remain committed to serving as a trusted project leadership partner for organizations across Charlotte and the Carolinas that value execution, clarity, and results.

To the fellow small businesses we met along the way, thank you for showing up, competing well, and continuing to build what makes this region strong.

[Update January 7, 2026]:  Following a season marked by incremental progress and difficult mid-season course corrections, the Carolina Panthers clinched the NFC South and returned to the playoffs for the first time since 2017, earning a Wild Card matchup against the Los Angeles Rams at Bank of America Stadium this Saturday. As Project Leadership Firm, to Mavendog the Panthers’ 2025 season felt like a typical project. It required diagnosing issues early, adjusting plans without overreacting, and executing fundamentals consistently under pressure. That pattern mirrors successful projects, where outcomes are rarely driven by single moments and more often earned through disciplined planning and steady execution over time.

Managing Cyber Risk in the Independent Economy

October is National Cybersecurity Awareness Month, a reminder that operational security is everyone’s responsibility. As organizations increasingly rely on Independent Contractors for IT, digital, and transformation work, CISOs and IT leaders are right to be cautious. Unmanaged 1099 arrangements can create uncertainty about access, accountability, and data protection.

At Mavendog, we’re built on the American Independent Economy. Our model gives clients access to the flexibility and expertise of independent talent while maintaining the same level of security, governance, and accountability they expect from a traditional consulting firm. Every Mavendog engagement operates under our corporate insurance, contractual terms, and security discipline, ensuring that independence never comes at the expense of protection.

The following highlights real cyber risks tied to Independent Contractors and how Mavendog mitigates them through structure, governance, and disciplined leadership.

Common Cyber Risk Concerns About Independent Contractors

Below are several of the most common concerns Mavendog hears from CISOs and IT leaders, along with how we address them through policy, process, and partnership.

1. Concern: “Independent Contractors use personal devices and unsecured networks.”

  • Reality: Mavendog addresses this contractually. Unless otherwise directed, our project leaders use client-issued devices, VPNs, and approved security protocols, not personal laptops or home networks (BYOD, Bring Your Own Device). We prefer to operate fully within the client’s cyber infrastructure to ensure consistency, monitoring, and compliance across the project team.

2. Concern: “Independent Contractors lack background checks or standardized security training.”

  • Reality:  All Mavendog project leaders undergo identity verification, credential validation, and project-specific onboarding that align with client security standards. Many are military veterans or former executives who already meet the clearance and compliance expectations of regulated industries.

3. Concern: “Independent Contractors are not covered by insurance or liability protections.”

  • Reality: Obviously, if an organization is working with an Independent Contractor directly, it needs to ensure the Independent Contractor has such protections. But a lot of Independent Contractors cannot provide the types and amount of protections that are appropriate for an industry, organization, domain, and engagement size. But Mavendog project leaders are covered. We carry protections for general business, professional liability (E&O), and cyber liability insurance that extends to all project engagements. Clients receive full documentation and certificates of insurance as part of our onboarding package, including coverage limits, carriers, and policy terms that meet or exceed standard enterprise vendor requirements. Our insurance protections are also reinforced by mutual indemnification provisions within each agreement, ensuring accountability for all parties and protecting clients from losses arising from Mavendog’s performance or negligence.

4. Concern: “Independent Contractors cannot comply with enterprise data governance or IT General Controls.”

  • Reality: Mavendog project leaders operate entirely within client-managed environments and adhere to all established governance, risk, and compliance frameworks, including GRC, SOC 1 and SOC 2, and ITGC standards. Access is role-based, time-bound, and approved through the client’s Identity and Access Management (IAM) process to ensure full traceability. We coordinate with client IT, audit, and security teams to align on access provisioning, data handling, and control validation. Our work products, communications, and documentation remain within the client’s systems, preserving audit integrity and ensuring that every activity is visible, reviewable, and compliant with enterprise policies.

5. Concern: “Independent Contractors may introduce third-party software or tools.”

  • Reality: Mavendog maintains strict policies prohibiting the use of shadow IT, personal productivity tools, or any unapproved software that could bypass client governance. All work is performed within the client’s approved environments, using authorized tools, data repositories, and communication platforms. Mavendog project leaders actively reinforce these boundaries with every consultant and engagement, coordinating with client IT teams to confirm compliance. This disciplined approach ensures that no external systems, storage, or file-sharing tools are introduced during project delivery.

6. Concern: “Independent Contractors are the same as subcontractors.”

  • Reality: Subcontractors are independent entities working under another vendor’s contract. That means a subcontractor must maintain its own insurance, legal structure, and risk posture. Mavendog does not utilize subcontractors for this reason. Doing so would require each to replicate our governance, insurance protections, and security commitments. So in short, Independent Contractors and Subcontractors are not the same. The distinction matters. Mavendog’s project leaders are directly contracted under Mavendog as individuals, operating within our corporate framework, insurance coverage, and contractual obligations to the client. Each of our project leaders is bound by Mavendog’s Master Services Agreement, Statement of Work, and confidentiality requirements. That means clients engage Mavendog, NOT a collection of separate sole proprietors or single-member LLCs. When clients engage Mavendog, they are protected by a single, unified framework that governs every one of our people, delivering the flexibility of independent project leadership without the exposure or uncertainty often associated with unmanaged 1099 models.

How Mavendog Protects Client Systems and Data

Mavendog’s cybersecurity discipline is built into our delivery model. We combine the flexibility of the American Independent Economy with the rigor of traditional consulting governance.

  • Use of Client Infrastructure: All project work occurs within the client’s secure environment, using client credentials, devices, and access controls. Mavendog does not operate a proprietary development or delivery platform. We integrate fully into yours.
  • Cyber Insurance Coverage: Mavendog maintains active cyber liability insurance as part of its enterprise risk management program, with limits appropriate for regulated and Fortune-tier clients. Policies are reviewed annually as part of our broader risk management cycle.
  • Confidentiality & NDAs: Every Mavendog project leader signs strict confidentiality and non-disclosure agreements as part of each engagement. While formal data handling agreements are not always required, Mavendog is fully prepared to comply with client-specific data governance or handling requirements when they apply.
  • Credentialed Professionals: Our project leaders include veterans, domain SMEs, and former executives experienced in regulated industries such as finance, healthcare, manufacturing, and defense.
  • Vendor Oversight Discipline: As independent project leaders, we reinforce, not replace, client vendor management processes to ensure consistent oversight and accountability.
  • No Conflicts or Tool Bias: Mavendog is vendor-agnostic. Our independence allows objective recommendations without software or partner bias.

The Real Cybersecurity Advantage of Independent Project Leaders

Independent project leaders can actually enhance a client’s security posture:

  • Finite Access: Engagements are time-bound and auditable, with clear start and end points for access provisioning and deprovisioning.
  • Reduced Insider Risk: Because independent project leaders are focused, short-term, and accountable, there is less risk of unauthorized access persistence or data sprawl after project closeout.
  • Right-Sized Access: Our elastic model allows only the minimum access necessary, avoiding the “blanket permissions” often granted to permanent staff or large consulting teams.
  • Clear Separation: We maintain strict boundaries between project execution and enterprise operations to reduce the likelihood of cross-system exposure or privilege overlap.

Independent Contractors, when managed under the right structure, can actually reduce exposure rather than increase it. Because their engagements are defined, time-bound, and access-controlled, there is less long-term credential sprawl, fewer orphaned accounts, and clearer accountability than in many traditional staffing or integrator models. At Mavendog, every engagement begins and ends with a clean boundary, which means security risk doesn’t accumulate over time.

At Mavendog, every engagement begins and ends with a clean boundary, which means security risk doesn’t accumulate over time.

Mavendog’s Commitment to IT OPSEC Excellence

Mavendog was built on the American Independent Economy, and our approach to cybersecurity reflects that foundation. We recognize that Independent Contractors can only earn trust when they operate with the same rigor, discipline, and accountability as internal teams.

Our project leaders work within each client’s established security framework, following the same access, onboarding, and incident response protocols as employees. We coordinate closely with client IT and security teams to ensure credentials, devices, and permissions are provisioned, monitored, and closed out at project completion.

After each engagement, Mavendog conducts internal reviews to confirm access removal, document lessons learned, and continuously strengthen governance practices. Our focus is not on replacing cybersecurity experts, but on being a consulting partner that operates securely and respectfully inside client environments

In short, Mavendog proves that Independent Contractors can be both flexible and secure. We bring the agility of the Independent Economy together with the discipline of enterprise project leadership, delivering confidence, not compromise.

Project Security Starts with Project Leadership

“Independent” does not mean “ungoverned.” The Mavendog model proves that a well-structured 1099 network can operate with greater clarity, tighter access control, and more consistent accountability than large, diffuse consulting teams. That is the true advantage of independent project leadership: agility with discipline, flexibility without risk.

At Mavendog, cybersecurity is not a checkbox. It is a function of disciplined leadership. Our project leaders have delivered within high-security environments, from Fortune 500 data centers to federal programs requiring Top Secret clearances.

We help clients deliver complex initiatives securely, efficiently, and confidently.

Project Leaders Who Can Flex With Your 2026 Portfolio

Project leaders discussing priorities in a meeting room

Ambitious 2026 Portfolios Have Leaner Budgets and Higher Stakes.

Your project list is full: ERP deployments, HRIS migrations, infrastructure upgrades, divestitures, and supply chain transformations. But after 2025 budget cuts, hiring full-time project managers for every type and length of initiative can be a stretch, and in many cases, the wrong decision.

Traditional staffing and consulting models won’t always cut it either:

  • Hiring new headcount locks you into fixed costs long after the project is complete.
  • Staffing agencies play resume roulette. You get bodies, not accountability.
  • Consulting firms want to land and expand. You’re stuck paying for expensive bloat.

Schedule My 2026 Portfolio Consultation

Mavendog is Built for Projects, Not Headcount.

Projects are temporary, complex, unpredictable, and elastic. Mavendog has the only project leadership model purpose-built for this reality.

This elastic resourcing model gives you senior project leaders who:

  • Flex up or down as project needs shift
  • Bring specialty expertise built on domain experience
  • Have real-world experience delivering similar project types
  • Focus exclusively on delivery with no vendor loyalties
  • Exit cleanly and empower your internal team when the project ends

Think of Mavendog as an extension of your PMO, flexing with your portfolio from planning to execution.

Plan Your 2026 Project Portfolio with Confidence

As you finalize your 2026 budget, don’t lock yourself into staffing traps or overcommit to consulting giants. You’re delivering projects, not filling roles with operational hires. Why Your “Projects” Are Not Projects (And Why That Matters)

The Real Problem Isn’t “Too Many Projects”

A contributor to the Harvard Business Review recently suggested that companies should focus on fewer projects to improve outcomes. We agree that organizations are stretched too thin, but the real problem isn’t volume. It’s definition. For many years, we’ve been bemoaning the fact that many companies call operational work or strategic initiatives “projects.” This mislabeling distorts portfolios, dilutes executive attention, and squanders scarce leadership resources. At Mavendog, we’ve seen this phenomenon again and again: what organizations treat (and staff) as projects are often just operations in disguise.

What a Project Actually Is

The Project Management Institute (PMI) defines a project as “a temporary endeavor undertaken to create a unique product, service, or result.” That definition is precise for a reason. Projects have three nonnegotiable characteristics:

  • Time bound: they have a finite start and end.
  • Finite in scope: they deliver a defined outcome.
  • Unique: they have never been done before, even if they resemble past efforts.

If work repeats, it’s a process.
If it has no end date, it’s operations.
Calling either of those a project doesn’t just bend definitions, it undermines delivery discipline.

Where Companies Go Wrong

Executives often bundle strategic initiatives or continuous improvement programs into their “project” portfolio. Routine ERP enhancements, quarterly marketing campaigns, and client onboarding workflows are common examples. These are critical business activities, but they’re not projects. They are operations with playbooks, standard operating procedures, and repeatability. Treating them as projects misdirects resources meant for time sensitive, novel efforts, or—worse yet—they artificially inflate the “project management” headcount at the organization, wasting talent and payroll with poor job skills matching.

Why Mislabeling Is Dangerous

The risks of misclassification are real:

  • Portfolio overload: When everything is a project, nothing is prioritized.
  • Governance waste: Project charters, stage-gates, and closure reports add overhead that continuous operations don’t need.
  • Talent misfit: Experienced project leaders get assigned to repetitive tasks when their value lies in guiding complex, finite change.
  • Strategic drift: True transformational work gets buried in a cluttered project list.

Here we agree with the HBR suggestion to restaff your best people to the most strategic projects. The skills and attitudes required for successful operations management differ greatly from those required in project management. With the explosive growth of the “gig economy,” we see more professionals who identify as “project delivery specialists” rejecting the talent mismatch and strategic drift endemic in corporations and choosing instead to work as independent consultants. You can read more about this in our series on the commoditization of project work.

Mavendog’s Perspective: Call Work What It Is

Clarity comes from naming work correctly:

  • Operations: Repeatable, measurable, and continuous. Best managed with Lean, automation, SOPs, and full time employees or long term staffing contractors.
  • Initiatives: Long horizon strategic themes. Provide vision and momentum but don’t follow a project lifecycle. Often supported by large consulting firms with large teams and pricetags.
  • Projects: Temporary, unique, and finite. Require disciplined delivery and dedicated leadership. Flexible and sometimes unpredictable, these are best served by fractional, elastic, independent project leaders who leave when the work is done.

Distinguishing between these categories isn’t semantics…it’s the foundation of effective portfolio management.

Proof in Practice

We see this distinction play out in client work every day:

  • Global Divestiture (true project): Mavendog managed IT carve‑outs, TSA planning, and finite handoffs with a clear start and finish.
  • ERP Deployment (true project): A $450M consolidation effort, unique in scope and execution.
  • Client onboarding (operations): Streamlined through SOPs and PMO playbooks, but not treated as projects.

When clients stop calling operations “projects,” their portfolios slim down and their true projects move faster.

The Payoff of Getting It Right

Getting definitions right delivers tangible benefits:

  • Sharper prioritization: Executives can actually focus on fewer, real projects.
  • Faster outcomes: Finite initiatives reach completion more often and without distraction.
  • Healthier operations: Continuous work is measured and improved without unnecessary overhead.
  • Better talent alignment: Project leaders apply their skills where they matter most: on unique, finite sprints.

Reductions in force and hiring freezes have an outsized impact on critical projects when those “true projects” are hidden in the sea of operations. Being specific about project definitions allows you to be surgical with your resourcing strategy, using the right talent acquisition strategy (hiring, staffing, consulting, or independent) for the right purpose.

Audit Your Portfolio

The problem isn’t “too many projects.” It’s too many imposters. Audit your portfolio. Projects are unique by nature and can be (or become) complex, unruly, or unexpected. They don’t always fit into neat, predictable buckets of time and effort, and the skills required to deliver them can vary and change. You need a resourcing strategy that can vary and change along with them.
Resist the traditional impulse to hire PMs and fall into the fixed-headcount trap. Identify what “projects” really are projects. Not roles or operational hires. You need an elastic talent portfolio tailored to your true project work, especially for your most critical investments.

Case Study - Moving a $200M Headquarters with Fractional IT Project Leadership

A seamless move, a modernized office, and no downtime thanks to fractional oversight from two experienced project leaders.

The return-to-office (RTO) movement has many companies rethinking their physical footprint. Some are expanding office space to accommodate a revitalized in-person culture, while others are downsizing and investing in distributed workforce technology. In either case, the stakes are high: IT infrastructure must be ready to support employees on day one, without downtime or disruption.

That was the challenge facing a $200 million professional services firm preparing to move into a new, purpose-built headquarters after 35 years in the same building. What began as a straightforward move quickly evolved into a full-scale modernization of core IT systems, including networking, data center operations, wireless infrastructure, AV and collaboration tools, and employee devices. The problem? The company had no project managers on staff, and its internal IT team was already stretched thin.

Mavendog Steps In

The firm turned to Mavendog’s IT Infrastructure Project Leaders, engaging Mavendog’s Managing Consultants Tracey Clark and Clint Woods on a flexible, fractional basis.

IT Infrastructure Project Leaders from Mavendog

Tracey Clark joined early, providing structure, vendor oversight, and risk identification. By shielding the internal IT team from daily vendor escalations, Tracey allowed them to stay focused on their core responsibilities while ensuring that subcontractors delivered on time and on spec.

Clint Woods, drawing on his U.S. Marine Corps background in IT operations, led the execution phase. He kept cross-functional teams aligned, streamlined stakeholder meetings, and prioritized the end-user experience. Thanks to Clint’s disciplined approach, the firm’s nearly 1,000 employees transitioned without interruption, and the entire punch list was closed almost two weeks ahead of schedule.

Results: A Seamless Move and Modernized Operations

With Mavendog’s fractional project leadership, the client:

  • Modernized its IT infrastructure in tandem with its headquarters relocation
  • Avoided vendor misalignment and timeline slippage
  • Enabled its IT staff to stay focused on operations
  • Delivered a seamless end-user experience: no downtime, no disruptions

Why It Matters

As Jon Vordermark, Mavendog president & founder, explains:

For every company navigating an office expansion, downsizing, or relocation, IT infrastructure has to work on day one. That’s where Mavendog makes the difference. We provide independent project leaders like Clint and Tracey who flex to the right level: representing sponsors, shielding internal teams from the project fray, holding vendors accountable, and ensuring a flawless transition. It’s project leadership in the right amount, at the right time.

CHARLOTTE, North Carolina — June 30, 2025 — At the start of the year, I said that after a sluggish second half of 2024, 2025 would bring new hope and strategic investment. What I didn’t anticipate was the turbulence of Q1 or the hangover that followed in Q2.

Still, and maybe this is the Pollyanna in me, there are real signs of calmer waters ahead for the project market. Businesses are spending again, and we’re seeing renewed momentum in the U.S. economy. Project investments are climbing, especially in IT (data centers, digital infrastructure, and generative AI), HR operations platforms, and onshoring or nearshoring initiatives.

Project consulting firms are usually the first to feel market shifts, for better or worse. When budgets loosen, companies are often hesitant to hire full-time staff right away. Instead, they turn to seasoned third-party project professionals who can deliver impact without long-term overhead. While the economic outlook is clearly improving, investment still demands results quickly. That is why demand is rising for experienced, flexible project delivery leaders who can hit the ground running.

As spending returns, however, we are seeing familiar mistakes. Projects are scoped too broadly or based on outdated strategies that no longer reflect the realities of 2025. A lot has changed in just three months.

If the gap between your goals and your resources is keeping you up at night, consider these three themes as your guide for second-half 2025 project planning.

1. AI-Empowered Mavendog Consultants and Services

The integration of AI into project management is no longer theoretical. According to the Project Management Institute’s 2025 State of Project Management report, 61% of PMOs are already using AI-enabled tools and agents to accelerate forecasting, risk analysis, and portfolio reporting. The best project managers are not being replaced by AI; they are being elevated by it.

AI is quickly becoming a force multiplier in complex, fast-moving projects. From automating status reports to using large language models for scenario planning, these tools are changing how work gets done and how quickly it happens.

Mavendog consultants are already using these tools in client environments, with approval where required, and the results are clear: smarter decisions, faster insights, and greater adaptability. Tools such as Smartsheet’s Resource Management AI, Microsoft Project for the Web with Copilot, and Monday.com’s WorkOS AI Assistant are helping to optimize scheduling, balance workloads, and flag risks early. We are also using Power BI with natural language querying and ChatGPT-driven custom reporting scripts to surface project trends in real time.

This approach allows a single Mavendog consultant to deliver the impact of a larger team. A team of one or two can lead a client’s project portfolio or establish PMO operations at a level that once required a full bench. It is not just a leaner model. It is a more intelligent one.

2. The Energy of Fractional Leadership

With budgets tightening and more people looking for work, internal teams often hesitate to shake things up. The typical project manager seeking steady, long-term employment tends to be less urgent and less open to change.

That is why companies with sound demand management and project portfolio management frameworks should be using fractional senior project leaders to help deliver their portfolios. This fractional approach is at the heart of the Mavendog model. By carefully analyzing a project portfolio through the lens of size, complexity, and interdependencies, we identify dynamic ways to optimize resource allocation.

For those contending with smaller teams, limited budgets, and projects that must be delivered in stages rather than all at once, fractional leadership is the smart play.

Projects by definition are unique. You are doing something new. You have never executed that particular change before. That means project staffing relies on educated guesses and progressive elaboration when deciding who, what, when, and how much leadership you need. Fractional project leadership should be in your quiver of options as you manage those projects. It gives you the flexibility of fractional resources to gain real efficiency, streamline your team, and access top-tier project managers in the third-party marketplace without sweating their cost. It also helps you avoid the costly “easy button” of an unnecessary full-time project manager.

And here is the dirty little secret:  Most of the highest-caliber project managers are not full-time employees. Read our third theme below to understand my point.

3. Independent Project Leaders (1099)

Over 70 million Americans reported working independently this year, up from 64 million just two years ago, setting a new record for the country’s independent workforce [MBO]. As this workforce expands, more competent independent workers, especially in project management, are choosing not to accept traditional W-2 roles.

Businesses are responding.

Independent 1099 consultants offer quick, expert-level execution without the long-term overhead. This approach is especially attractive amid rising benefit costs, slower hiring cycles, and ongoing pressure to do more with less.

At Mavendog, we have observed a notable shift. Even Fortune 500 clients are increasingly sourcing program leaders through us rather than hiring full-time project managers or turning to well-known consultancies.

If your company lacks a plan to attract top-tier independent project talent, your project velocity and budget are at risk.

In summary, do not fall behind.

The U.S. economy is growing but will not return to old patterns. Productivity is the new currency, wage growth remains modest, and savvy leaders prioritize flexible labor models.

If your portfolio plan for the remainder of the year relies solely on legacy consulting models or W-2 employees, it is time to reconsider. Fractional project leaders, AI-augmented workflows, and independent 1099 talent are no longer trends; they are essential components of resilient and adaptable organizations.

Together, we can ensure that your projects and workforce are prepared for the future. Delivering project wins is, as always, our goal.

Press Release: Mavendog Returns as Proud Sponsor for the 10th Annual SIM Charlotte STEM Charity Golf Tournament

CHARLOTTE, North Carolina — April 28, 2025. Mavendog was honored to once again sponsor the Society For Information Management (SIM) Charlotte Chapter‘s “Tech on the Tees” charity golf tournament, marking our continued commitment at the 10th annual event. The weather at the Ballantyne Country Club was fantastic, the event beautifully organized, and the day focused on an incredible mission: raising funds to benefit local STEM education initiatives.

Mavendog was more than happy to return to our familiar spot on the 17th hole, where we had the pleasure of connecting with IT leaders throughout the day. Our Mavendog team, including Marketing Director Anna Vordermark, Marketing and Sales Coordinator Jada Cardwell, and CEO and Founder Jon Vordermark, thoroughly enjoyed engaging with IT leaders, golfers, and SIM members at our sponsored hole throughout the day. The 17th has been our “home” at this event at the Ballantyne Country Club overlooking the water for several years now, and we decline to comment on which tee shots we witnessed disappear into that beautiful water!

This Year's Theme: "A Decade of Impact"

We extend our deepest gratitude to the dedicated SIM leaders and volunteers who ensured the day ran seamlessly. A special thank you goes to the tournament president and Mavendog affiliate Amy Philips for her outstanding efforts supporting us, our fellow sponsors, and all the talented IT professionals who participated. Another hats off to SIM tournament leads Randall Franklin and James Kimble for organizing our sponsorship again this year.

Special thanks to our IT Executive/Mavendog golfers, Walter Ferrer and Dave Bergeron, for representing us on the greens!
