As part of a $450M post-merger application consolidation and integration effort, this Fortune 150 company engaged our consultant team to provide ERP leadership, development, and delivery support across multiple enterprise applications. The engagement also included Hybrid-Agile transition planning for two multidisciplinary development teams.
Project Work
- Delivery execution: Interim management and delivery of ERP, which touched over 80 applications and six (6) lines of business.
- Communication strategy & planning: Business and technical communication strategy and plans for development teams, program leaders, and executive stakeholders.
- Hybrid-Agile transition: Transition of enterprise teams to a Hybrid Agile delivery approach using Scrum and Kanban practices.
