The client engaged Mavendog to lead an initiative to improve its electronic order catalog. The project enhanced the client’s product order assortment, improved customer perceptions of lead times, and elevated service levels by fixing the customer ordering system, streamlining product offerings to align with strategic priorities, and reconciling component SKUs across plants.

Project Work

  • Project Management: Developed and led the team through the project roadmap, work breakdown, and lifecycle, including requirements, design, and testing.
  • Stakeholder Management: Served as liaison and point-of-contact across R&D Engineering, ERP developers, Supply Chain, Operations, and IT Electronic Catalog division leaders.
  • Requirements & Design Management: Helped facilitate the requirements design and UX
    Back-End ERP: Ensured proper refresh and testing of ERP system with new product offerings.
  • Spec alignment and SKU Reconciliation: Aligned specs with distribution requirements for orders. Drove reconciliation initiative across plants to reduce the number of unique SKUs.
