Keith is a transformational information technology leader and project manager known for building strong relationships with business partners and teams. His professional reputation precedes him for calm yet persistent and credible stakeholder engagement, embodying the consummate trust builder from C-level executives to engineers and product owners.

Keith is motivated by driving successful organizational transformations, developing and executing winning strategies, and fostering talent in a positive, collaborative environment. Known for his ability to get things done, he brings invaluable knowledge, skills, and abilities to organizations that require both innovators and delivery leaders.

Keith’s areas of expertise include Project/Program Management, PMO Development and Governance, AI Integration, Project Recovery, Merger & Acquisition Integration, User Experience and Business Relationship Management. He applies ethical, assertive, expectant, and valuable approaches to ensure successful outcomes, always with an eye for mentoring and growing talent.

Throughout his career, Keith has managed CTO strategy and portfolios, managed modernization plans for transportation companies, and co-facilitated IT strategy work sessions with Federal Reserve Bank regional CIOs.

Notably, he rescued a failing Ariba purchasing project for a dialysis provider and led a super-regional power company’s first offshore migration program. He also optimized numerous functions for a national health insurer, including project portfolio modernization and PMO optimization, recovering a PMO-managed program.

  • Svitla Systems (2021-2024), where he served as VP of Delivery for the US and Canada and Global PMO for Delivery Risk.
  • NTT DATA Services (2005-2021), holding significant roles including Operations Senior Director/Strategic Project Manager for Global Life Sciences, Business Transformation Practice Leader, and Vice President/Senior Director. During his tenure, he guided a COO’s COVID relocation of 1,200 resources and led the rescue of a floundering Ariba project.

Keith holds a Bachelor of Arts in History from Arizona State University. He is certified in AI Prompting Essentials from the Management & Strategy Institute (2024), Generative AI for Project Managers from PMI (2024), and is a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt (2021). He also has extensive training in project management, business optimization, and organizational change methodologies.
