Backdrop
Client engaged Mavendog project management office consultants to design and implement a new Enterprise Project Portfolio Management Office (PPMO) aimed at enhancing demand management, portfolio oversight, PMO governance, and project-level performance. This initiative also encompassed the selection of a PPM software solution, along with an Organizational Change Management (OCM) strategy to support training, communication, and user adoption.
Project Work
- Strategy & Planning: Mavendog aligned stakeholders, assessed the current state, and developed a comprehensive roadmap and business case for the Enterprise PPMO.
