Lauren LeBlanc, United States Space Force, as Mavendog’s newest Department of Defense SkillBridge Fellow. Mavendog has been a Department of Defense-certified SkillBridge employer since 2021. The program allows service members to transition into civilian employment during their final months of active duty. Over the coming months, Maj. LeBlanc will be supporting our team at one of our high-profile, strategic accounts.
Maj. LeBlanc is a great fit for Mavendog. She brings 20 years of military experience with the United States Space Force and United States Air Force, where she worked on advanced technology programs, led process improvements, and delivered on strategic objectives. She is also an exceptional communicator and public speaker who knows how to build collaboration across teams, agencies, and international partners. Over her career, she has led complex initiatives, integrated new technologies, built training programs, and driven adoption across diverse stakeholder groups. Her expertise spans program and project management, IT, process improvement, requirements analysis, training and development, team leadership, change management, and strategic planning.

- Organizational Liaison Officer (Aug. 2024–Present): Acted as a key liaison between the US Space Force and Special Operations Forces, establishing the first-ever Space Force Guardian training pipeline and leading international collaboration efforts with 10 partner organizations.
- Director of Training & Development (Jul. 2023–Aug. 2024): Guided the integration of space-based capabilities into global operations, directing the first live-fire space electromagnetic warfare exercise for Air Force Special Operations Command.
- International Integration Specialist (Jan. 2023–Jul. 2023): Developed space operations and investment strategies across 22 partner nations, securing $750K in unfunded requirements for a new space organization.
- Strategic Affairs Manager – Executive Action Team (Jan. 2022–Jan. 2023): Chaired the initial resource planning team, securing $30M to establish a new space-focused organization.

Maj. LeBlanc holds a Master of Science (M.S.) in Operations Management from the University of Arkansas, a Master of Aeronautical Science (M.A.S.) in Airline Management from Embry Riddle Aeronautical University, and a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Applied Science from Campbell University. She is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) by the Project Management Institute (PMI), a certified ScrumMaster (CSM), holds a Certificate in Project Management from the University of Arkansas, and is a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt. Additionally, she holds a College of the Air Force (CCAF) Instructor Certificate (CIC) Level III and holds a Mobile Training Team Certification.
