Tracey is an accomplished IT management professional with extensive experience implementing strategic IT initiatives that significantly improve business functionality. She has demonstrated success in diagnosing complex problems and consistently delivering effective solutions that directly impact the bottom line. Tracey draws on her creativity and broad range of IT and non-IT experience to integrate teams and find common ground among stakeholders. She is  known for creating profitable business conditions by applying her first-rate communications and collaboration skills to effectively lead diverse teams.

Tracey’s multi-industry experience spans practitioner and management roles in: Project Management, Risk Assessment, Vendor Management, Business Continuity, Strategic Planning, Team Building & Leadership, SDLC, IT Management, Waterfall/Agile/Scrum, Technical Training, Contract Negotiations, Change Management, and Business Process Improvement.

As a Managing Consultant at Mavendog since 2021, Tracey has been an integral part of our Project & Change Delivery practice, expediting, managing, and delivering complex programs and projects, along with the organizational transitions that accompany them. Her work has included leading significant IT infrastructure and technology stack modernizations for multi-billion-dollar manufacturing clients, managing global telephony programs, and implementing IPsec redundancy for critical systems.

  • Lowe’s Companies, INC (Carolina IT Professionals) (2020–2021): Senior Project Manager leading a corporate services digital transformation project, managing an enterprise service continuity project, and overseeing the procurement and deployment of USB cameras for remote work transition due to COVID-19.
  • Elite Comfort Solutions/Leggett & Platt (2016–2020): IT Infrastructure Project Manager providing project leadership for IT implementations across 15 physical sites, including deploying a Wide Area Network, relocating WAN/LAN/WIFI network connectivity significantly under budget with no downtime.
  • Goodridge USA (2013–2016): IT Manager – US/MX Operations, building a structured IT Department and strategy, developing 5-year department strategies and budgets with significant cost reductions, earning the first-ever Microsoft software license compliancy, and establishing US-based Tier 3 technical support relationships.

Tracey pursued coursework towards a degree at Washburn University and holds a Data Entry Certification from Kaw Area Vocational Technical School, Topeka, Kansas. She is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP), a Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), and holds a State of Kansas Project Management Methodology Certification.
