CHARLOTTE, North Carolina — March 25, 2024 — Mavendog is excited to announce the addition of Pamela “Pam” Souza as a Mavendog Affiliate and Managing Consultant within our Program Leadership Services practice.
Pam has expertise in turning around troubled projects, departments, and organizations that are going through challenges and significant transformations. She has extensive domain experience in Project Leadership, Human Resources, People Strategy, Business Transformation, and Organizational Design. Throughout her career, Pam has implemented solutions that promote operational efficiencies, client satisfaction, and employee engagement.
As a Mavendog Affiliate, Pam applies her executive background and collaborative approach to her client engagements, building strong relationships and driving business success across various industries and company sizes. Her track record of running projects and programs in Payroll, Time & Attendance, Benefits, Compliance, and HRIS now helps her translate client goals into profitable, people-centric solutions.
Before Mavendog, Pam was the Vice President of Human Resources at Elior North America, a $1.2B contract food services company, where she developed and launched employee programs and helped deploy and manage various HRIS systems such as SuccessFactors. Pam has also done extensive work in systems such as Taleo/Oracle and Workday.

Pam is SPHR certified (Senior Professional Human Resources) and active in SHRM (the Society for Human Resources Management) and HRCI (Human Resources Certification Institute).
