CHARLOTTE, North Carolina —September 8, 2023 — It is with pride and gratitude that we bid adieu to two of our Principal Consultant leaders, Mike House and Diane Marsfelder. Both retired in 2023 and are off to pursue new, well-earned adventures. Mike and Diane were instrumental to Mavendog over the years, both through their stellar client services, team mentorship, and strategic development. While they will always hold Mavendog Emeritus status, they will be missed greatly by our team and clients alike.

Diane joined Mavendog in 2020. A recent Vice President of projects for Elior North America, Diane brought Mavendog over 30 years of project, process, and change management experience in operational transformations. She had an incredible career in manufacturing, contract food service, utilities, financial services, and of course consulting industries. Past companies included Eastman Kodak, Compass Group, Project Managers, Inc., Carlisle & Gallagher, and Elior North America. For Mavendog, Diane quickly built a reputation for project delivery success via diplomatic engagement for our clients, with a laser-focus on execution.

Mike joined Mavendog in 2019. A former CIO, Mike brought 35 years of experience achieving goals through the strategic use of technology. His extensive IT experience included project and program management; product management and development; and corporate planning and development; continuous process improvement; and stakeholder educational initiatives. Mike worked in startup operations, mergers and acquisitions, and turnarounds across healthcare, commercial, and defense domains. He started his career as a Naval Officer. He then transitioned from active duty to a series of management roles in the defense industry. Prior to Mavendog, Mike spent 15 years as the Chief Information Officer of Piedmont Healthcare in Statesville, NC.
