CHARLOTTE, North Carolina — October 12, 2021. Mavendog was invited to sponsor this year’s 11th annual Human Resources Leadership Summit hosted by Queens University of Charlotte. This comprehensive educational program connects strategy and workforce development professionals with other organizational development executives in the greater Charlotte area.

The summit provided HR professionals the opportunity to learn how to effectively lead business change in the face of today’s complex challenges, including a specific focus on the key trends uncovered in Deloitte’s annual Global Human Capital Trends report.

Reynel Saa, Mavendog’s Director of Human Resources represented Mavendog during this year’s conference. “This year’s event had a laser focus on how organizations have overcome the pandemic from a business standpoint and what the future looks like for organizations moving forward. Many organizations were pressed to make wholesale changes to their business models and modus operandi.”

Asked whether Mavendog will sponsor again, Jon Vordermark, Mavendog President, said, “Without question. I must give credit to Cristin Lee, Director, External Events at Queens University, and the entire HR Summit Board. They put together a program that created a powerful intersection of HR trends (courtesy of Deloitte’s market analysis) and technology investments. It feels good that Mavendog is ahead of these trends.”

Over the years Mavendog has made noteworthy splashes in HR projects and programs work. In 2021 alone Mavendog has led projects in workforce management technologies, training and learning management systems, and enterprise timekeeping and payroll systems.
